| Grant funds are made possible from the Charles and Margaret Anderson Foundation Endowment Fund held at the Community Foundation of St. Clair County (Foundation). The BWAC is the advisory committee to the Foundation for granting decisions to be made in regards to arts and cultural programs and projects in the Blue Water Area. |

The BWAC will offer grants four times a year to member organizations only. There are two types of grant applications: Program/Project or Operating Support. Program/Project Grants are made to organizations within the Blue Water Area for “charitable” purposes. An Operating Support Grant is to be used when requesting funds to support annual expenses; in which the organization must have operated for at least two years. These grants are awarded for specific purposes and projects that cover a finite period of time. Please read the recommended guidelines before filling out a grant application.
