The Blue Water Arts Council (BWAC) is the catalyst to making the Blue Water Area known for an enhanced quality of life as our arts and cultural communities continue to evolve. The BWAC serves as an umbrella organization focusing on grant making and helping local arts and cultural organizations grow. This website features a region wide calendar of events, links to arts and cultural organizations in the area, networking/resource sharing opportunities and opportunities to apply for grants.
